2. Be patient when placing your order... Especially if it's your first order with us. All orders are manually processed when it comes to customer service issues. We will not miss you and we will get to you as soon as we can in the order at which we receive your requests. Please understand that we get 100s of orders when we have specials like this - especially with the popularity of these artists. Hang with us as we work through all of the orders. 3. Understand that we do not work through the night here in California.
