Open a new canvas 400x400 and fill with white.
Copy/Paste your tube onto your canvas and resize it. Mine was by 65%. Sharpen it and add a drop shadow, mine is 1,1, 40 7 Black.

Now pick one of your frames from the scrap kit and do the same as above, 'cept I resized by 75%. Sharpen & use the same drop shadow. Place the frame under your tube.

Now pick one of the papers, copy/paste it above your white layer (no need to resize if you're using this kit).

Now with your selection. Select around the out side of the frame...hard to describe the bit I mean so here's a pic lol



Now go to Selections, Invert and press delete. Selections, Select None.

Now you can add whatever elements from the kit you like and place them on top of your frame, but behind your tube.

For the doodle I just flipped it over & resized it and placed it under the big flower then added the drop shadow to them both.

You can finish here if you like without the animation, close out your white layer and crop the excess off.
Resize if it's too big for you and then add your credits. I give my credits a gradient glow via Eye Candy 5 so they show up better.
Re-open the white layer.and save your new tag.
If you want it animated...read on :)

Now close the white & paper layers (the bottom two). And merge visible the rest of the layers.
Re-open ALL 3 layers.

Close the top one and merge visible the bottom two...now we got 2 layers.

Re-open all of them and copy your bottom layer and open Animation Shop. Paste as a new animation.

Effects, Insert Image Effect, Underwater and these settings:-



Click on Customize and use these settings or feel free to play around and use your own.



Click OK.

Now go back to frame number 1 and delete it. If you press View Animation you'll see why.

Click Edit, Select All go back into PSP and copy the top layer of your tag. Paste as a new animation and create 8 frames of it by pressing the Duplicate button 4 times. This will give us 9 frames so just click on any of them and delete 1 frame. Now we have 8 of each.
Edit & Select all again and this time copy and paste Into selected frame. Move it into place so your frame is covering the paper and by clicking it will now magically be done!

Now crop of any excess white you might have using the crop tool in AS and save your tag..
