Open a new canvas 400x400 and fill with white.
Copy/Paste your tube onto your canvas and resize it. Mine was by 65%. Sharpen it and add a drop shadow, mine is 1,1, 40 7 Black.

Click on the Ellipse Tool and with the fill pick a gradient that matches your tube. If you don't have one simply make your own, not as scary as it sounds!
Click on your fill and pick the gradient box. Click on Edit then click on New. You'll have the choice to name it here...whatever you like LOL
You want your gradient to look like this:



Now click on Linear as the style, angle at 320.
The stroke should be the light colour from your tube, width 3. Move into position and then turn it into a Raster layer.

Now move your tube over the shape, don't put it in the center. Once happy with it go back to the shape layer and with your Magic Wand click anywhere outside it.
Now go to Selections, Expand by 4 click on your tube layer and using your Eraser Tool erase any parts of your tube that you don't want sticking out.
For mine I erased the legs but if you are using a full body tube you might want to leave them as they are.

Now duplicate the tube and move it slightly over to one side & lower the opacity so it's very faint. Repeat the previous step, this time you want ALL the excess tube removed. Instead of the eraser you can just press delete.

Now create a new layer and move it under your shape layer.
Fill it with a colour from your tube & use the mask. Make sure the mask named WSL_Mask150 is in your Masks folder.

Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask From Disk.
Fit to canvas checked & Invert transparency unchecked.
Delete the Mask layer & Merge Group.
Make sure your shape layer is in the middle of the mask.


Remove the excess white by closing out your white background layer and click on your crop tool. At the end of the row you'll see 3 options underneath where it says 'Snap crop rectangle to:' Click on the last one (Merged Opaque) and that will snap around your tag so you won't have any unwanted space. Double click on the tag and you've cropped it perfectly without having any cut-off edges.
Re-open your white layer, resize your tag if it's too big add your credits & save.

Now for the animation, merge ALL layers visible & duplicate twice so you now have 3 layers. Close all buy 1 of them.
Now activate your text tool, minimize your font (I'm using Bongo Fraktur). Size 20, for the fill use the dark colour & stroke the light colour. Stroke width 2.
Type the words
IMPROVE
YOUR
AIM
Or your own.
These words will all be on separate layers, on each layer use the same drop shadow as before.


Now copy/paste 3 bullets onto your tag and move them into place. Once happy with where they are close out ALL layers and re-open 1 of the font layers with one of the bullets and merge visible. Do this so you have 3 layers of font & bullet. Close them all again and re-open 1 of them & your tag. Merge visible. Do this for the other layers so you now have the text & the tag merged together 3 times.

Now open Animation Shop and copy your IMPROVE layer and paste it as a new animation in AS. Back in PSP copy the YOUR layer and paste it AFTER the current frame in AS.
Do the same with the AIM layer but when you paste it, click on the YOUR layer so that it will go after that frame.

Edit, Select All, right click on the frame and Frame Properties. Slow that animation down! I've slowed mine to 100, but it's up to you.

Add your name and save & you're done!
