Scrap Kit Terms of Use

The following is Creative Image Licensing & Management (CILM) Standard Scrap Kit Terms of Use (SK-TOU). These terms apply to all graphic hobbyists being signature tag makers, stationary and web set makers, website designers and MySpace or other social network users. You are required to read, understand and abide by these terms. You are advised that these terms are strictly enforced at all times by CILM and our Attorneys. CILM is represented by the law firm of RMKB in Los Angeles, California.

The Scrap Kit Designers represented by CILM reserve the right to amend any of these terms they so choose. Designers amendments can be found on their respective package pages and in their package download Read Me files.

We strongly encourage credits for the scrap kits however they are not necessary. You may add CILM-SK by "designers name here" if you wish to give credit.

1. You MAY resize, re-color, add or subtract from the elements to suit your personal project needs.

2. You MAY create tutorials using CILM scrap kits however you MUST very clearly state on the tutorial page that the scrap kit you are using is for example only. Anyone wishing to use the same kit in their own personal creation MUST purchase the kit from CILM.

3. You MAY use CILM Scrap Kits to create tags, MySpace or Website layouts, stationary and or any other personal digital projects that are applicable.

4. You MAY NOT use CILM scrap kits or any elements contained within them for any commercial endeavors, barter or used for profit in any way.

5. You MAY NOT print CILM scrap kits. *Note - please see individual designers pages for amendments to this term.

6. You MAY NOT share CILM scrap kits or any elements contained within these scrap kits in anyway be it via email, disk, file sharing site or any other known methods of file sharing.

7. You MAY NOT make your own templates, presets, shapes, brushes etc. from the elements contained within CILM scrap kits.

8. You MAY use CILM scrap kits with any artists images, tubes or photography you wish as long as it does not conflict with the terms of use as designated by the source of the art or photography you are using in conjunction with the scrap kit.
