Q1. What is the CILM Newsletter?

The CILM newsletter is a direct email newsletter that will provide you with important information about what is happening at CILM. This can be, new releases from current artists, new artists, sales, promotions, general information, copyright information, etc.

Q2. What format is the CILM Newsletter sent in?

A. The CILM newsletter is sent to you in HTML format.

Q3. How often will I get a CILM Newsletter?

A. That depends on what is happening at CILM. It could be once a day, multiple times in one day (certain promotions require us to send newsletters at certain intervals so you know exactly what is going on), or just a few times a week. On an average you can expect 4 to 5 CILM newsletters in a 7 day period

Q4. I have signed up for the CILM newsletter and now do not wish to receive it any more. What do I do?

A. At the bottom of every newsletter there is an unsubscribe link. Just click that link, follow the instructions and you will no longer receive the CILM newsletter.

Q5. How can I be sure that once I unsubscribe you will not just re-add my email address and send me the CILM newsletter again?

A. The newsletter service we use does not allow us to re-add an unsubscribed email back into the distribution list. Once you have unscubscribed from the CILM newsletter, the only person who can re-add your email address is you.

Q6. I accidently unsubscribed from the CILM Newsletter, how can I start receiving it again?

A. Simply go to the CILM Newsletter page and re-subscribe.

Q7. I know I am signed up for the CILM newsletter but I am not receiving it. What can I do?

A. A couple things could possibly be wrong, you entered your email address wrong when you signed up, it is going to a spam folder, the CILM Newsletter email address is blocked from sending emails to you. Try checking your spam folder, adding newsletter@cilm.com to your address book or simply re-subscribe. If none of those work, send an email to Customer Help and they will try and assist you.
