At first glance you would assume that the new CILM Store is the same as the previous one other than a few banner changes but I promise you there are many changes that are going to make your shopping experience much more enjoyable with CILM. Let's take a closer look at just some of the changes we've implemented in our store and compare them to the old way we use to do it. Here are some of the changes:

No more CUSTOM PACKS..

. You no longer have to wait for any packs or individual tubes to be delivered to you by our Customer Help department. All of your downloads should be contained on your receipt when you order.

Gift Certificate changes...

You no longer have to purchase gift certificates in predetermined amounts. You can now purchase gift certificates in ANY amount. All you need to do is designate the amount your would like to send to someone and it will be automatically taken care of rather than having to wait for Customer Help to send it to the recipient. In addition to this... the amount will automatically be allocated to the recipient's account and when they go to order the amount will be applied to their order. If they come up short of the specific amount of their gift certificate on their order their account will automatically update the balance left on the gift certificate for the next time they order. If they come up over the amount of the gift certificate they will only be charged the balance after the gift certificate is applied.

Individual Tubes...

You can now purchase individual tubes of all tubes on the site and not just certain artists! This is a major change from the previous store. When a new pack is released you can now just purchase one tube from the new pack at $1.98 or you can purchase the 3-pack at $5 to $5.50. The choice is now yours. If you decide to purchase the 3-pack you can save a little on the cost per tube. Again... there is not delay on individual tube availability when a package is released. All tubes will be available for individual purchase when new packs are released.

Tube Preview Visibility...

You can now view EXACTLY the tube you are purchasing before you finalize your order. In our previous store most of the previews were cut off leaving you wondering whether or not the tube you were purchasing had the head cut off or included the feet. Now... each page has previews of the tubes in their entirety so that you know exactly what you're purchasing.

Less Customer Help...

With the changes implemented above there will be less time that you will need to spend sending emails to Customer Help. Other than general inquiries and new license numbers our new store should give you more time making tags and not writing to Customer Help. Please note that we are still here to help you if you need the help.

Smaller Download Files...

We have discontinued including the copyright files with your downloads in the interest of saving time on your download process and saving us time when artists decide to update or change their website name. Instead we have decided to put all of the artist copyright files HERE. Please be sure to go and download these so that you have them in the future and you have the current updated artists information. You are responsible for providing correct information on your tags pertaining to the artists.

CILM Colors...

We've changed the colors and banners on our site to give more continuity from page to page.

These are just some of the MANY changes that we've implemented to the site. There are more changes but we've highlighted some of the bigger changes so that you can go right to them and experience the convenience. We hope that you enjoy everything we've done.
