ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE ORDERS

After you have added the items you wish to purchase, go to your cart and press the checkout button.

If you have already logged in, press the continue button (or get shipping rates and then continue). If you have not logged in, login now or if you are a new user, please register so you may continue.

Enter the required information and press continue with order

All orders must include the following information:
Your Complete Name
Complete Address
Phone number
Email address
Current CILM license #
(If you do not have a CILM license #, please enter the word "NEW" in the CILM License number field on your order form.)

Gift orders Must include: Recipients Name or Nickname

Email Address

Please provide any additional information you may have about the gift recipient including their CILM license #.

Please remember that Gift Certificate / custom package purchases (except 3 packs), regardless of the ordering method you choose, have a $2.00 handling charge added as these types of orders require extra time and correspondence.

New customers and Unlimited Usage orders will receive new license numbers via email within 24hours after your order is placed. New customers that order on Saturday after regular business hours will receive their new license numbers the following Monday.

All online Gift orders, Gift Certificate orders, phone orders and check or money orders will still be filled manually during regular business hours.

Monday - 9AM to 5PM
Tuesday - 9AM to 5PM
Wednesday - 9AM to 5PM
Thursday - 9AM to 5PM
Friday - 9AM to 5PM
Saturday - 9AM to 3PM
Sunday - CLOSED

If you are paying with a credit card, enter the required payment information and press the purchase button.

If you are paying via PayPal, change the payment type to PayPal, press the purchase button and follow the steps to pay via PayPal.

Once you have completed your order using the payment method you have selected and your order has been approved, you will be taken to confirmation page that informs you of your completed order.

You will receive an email confirming your order and if your order has a digital download available, the email will contain the link necessary to download your purchase(s).

If you need to download or replace your package or packages please contact CILM customer help for further assistance.

Please read your package instructions carefully once you have downloaded them. We have made some minor changes to the way you actually obtain your packages.
