1. Locate the Artist list at the bottom of THIS gift ordering instruction page.

2. Choose the Artist you would like to "gift".

3. You will be taken to a page with all of that artists packages that are available for purchase.

4.Select the package or packages you wish to purchase. If you are ordering multiple packages, please use your "back button" to return to this "Gifting ordering" page and not the general shopping area. The pages in the "gifting" section look different than the pages you are used to viewing in the general shopping area so an easy distinction can be made.

5. Proceed to check out as normal.

6. Enter all of your information in the billing and shipping fields.

7. Enter all of the gift recipients information you have in the message and comments field and include any special instructions or messages. *Note - it is VITAL for you to provide a name or nickname and a correct email address for the gift recipient or your order cannot be processed.

8. Proceed to the receipts page as usual.

You SHOULD NOT have downloads on your Receipt page for gift orders. If you DO have downloads on your Receipt page then you have done something wrong in the Gift ordering process. Please contact CILM customer help as soon as possible to report your error. CILM has also "coded" gift orders differently so that we may know, upon review of your order, whether you received a download or not.

Gift orders that are placed incorrectly WILL NOT be filled until CILM customer help has been contacted to make the necessary corrections.

Due to the extra time and correspondence involved with filling these particular types of orders a $2.00 handling fee will be charged. This fee will show up on your receipt at the time of check out.

1. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to the list of dollar amounts in the lower right hand corner.

2. Choose the dollar amount you wish to purchase.

3. Proceed to check out as normal.

4. Enter all of your information in the billing and shipping fields.

Note* You should not receive any type of Download on your receipt page for this type of purchase.

7. CILM Customer Help will notify the Gift Certificate recipient that he or she has been gifted money to spend at CILM. We will continue correspondence with the gift recipient until all of their gift certificate purchases have been made.
