Customer Service FAQs

Because this website is newly updated as of June 12th, 2008 we will be experiencing different customer service dilemmas that require a new customer service FAQs section. We have no way of knowing what frequently asked questions will be asked of us so as they come in we will be updating this page with the more commonly asked questions in our customer service department. Here are a few we have so far.

Q1. My computer crashed and I lost some or all of the tubes I purchased from CILM. What do I do?
Q2. I ordered a 'Custom Pack' and I did not receive a download in my email. What happened?
Q3. I received a CILM Gift Certificate. How do I spend it?
Q4. I am new to CILM and I'm placing my first order and it keeps asking me to input my CILM license number. I don't have one. What do I do?

Q1. My computer crashed and I lost some or all of the tubes I purchased from CILM. What do I do?

Email customerhelp@creativeimagelicensing.com to get those replaced. This takes a considerable amount of work so a fee applies.

Q2. I ordered a 'Custom Pack' and I did not receive a download in my email. What happened?

All custom packs are emailed to the email that is designated by you in your account within 24 hours. You will not receive a download link for custom packs with your emailed receipt. If you do not receive your tubes within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) please email customer help and we will be happy to investigate the problem.

Q3. I received a CILM Gift Certificate. How do I spend it?

Take a look at everything we have for sale on the CILM website and write down your choices up to the $ amount that is indicated on your gift certificate. Then write to customer help with your choices. Please be sure to include your CILM license number in the correspondence.

Q4. I am new to CILM and I'm placing my first order and it keeps asking me to input my CILM license number. I don't have one. What do I do?

Simply place the word "NEW" in the space provided and the order will be accepted and it will indicate to us that we need to send you a new CILM License Number.
