To create a balance between creative signature taggers and artists wherein artists have freedom of control over their images and signature taggers are given the respect and creative choices to use these images for their enjoyment, fun and enhancement of their craft.

As a professional artist and illustrator, Anthony has established himself both personally and professionally in the PSP community. For over five years Anthony has been closely involved with Signature Tag makers / Graphic Hobbyists learning about their hobby and finding out what is most important to their vast community. He has long had a vision of finding a way to bring Artists and PSPers together for the greater good of both the Artists and PSP communities.

Anthony's vision finally came full circle with the establishment of Creative Image Licensing & Management (CILM) in February of 2006.

Anthony and I are committed to continue to bring the best Artists together with the PSP community with simplicity, ease, trust and unprecedented customer service!

We welcome you all to continue this journey with us and we promise to provide both Artists and PSPers the attention, respect and recognition they deserve.
