Creative Image Licensing & Management's (CILM)

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-LINE ORDERS

All orders must include the following information:

Your Complete Name
Complete Address
Phone number
Email address
Current CILM license #
If you do not have a CILM license #, please indicate that you are a new customer

Gift orders Must include:

Recipients Name or Nickname
Email Address

Please provide any additional information you may have about the gift recipient including their CILM license #.

All Gift Certificate $dollar amount purchases, regardless of the ordering method you choose, will now have a $2.00 handling charge added as these types of orders require extra time and correspondence.

New customers and Unlimited Usage orders must send a request to CILM customer help in order to be issued a new license number.

All online Gift orders, Gift Certificate orders, PayPal orders, phone orders and check or money orders will still be filled manually during regular business hours.

CILM Business Hours: Monday - Saturday 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time

 

Once you have completed your order as usual and you have clicked on the "Complete Order" button, you will be taken to your Receipt page. Below is an example of the New Receipt Page you will see:

In the image above you will notice a button to "Download Purchases". Click this button and you will be taken to another page to download your package instructions. Below is an example of the New Download page you will see:

If you order multiple packages they will all be listed here as well.

NOTE: YOU MUST BOOKMARK THIS DOWNLOAD PAGE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO RETURN TO CONTINUE YOUR DOWNLOADS.YOUR DOWNLOAD ABILITY WILL EXPIRE AFTER SEVEN DAYS AND YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE PACKAGE LETTER TWICE.

If you need to download or replace your package or packages after the expiration period you MUST contact CILM customer help for further assistance.

Please read your package instructions carefully once you have downloaded them. We have made some minor changes to the way you actually obtain your packages.
