CILM - Custom Package Information, Guidelines and Instructions

YOU MUST READ THIS INFORMATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR CUSTOM PACKAGE ORDER!!!!!!

CUSTOM PACKAGES MAY NOT BE GIFTED TO OTHERS AND THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SALE PRICES

CILM is now offering custom tube packages!

You may choose to order a custom package of 6 tubes or a custom package of 12 tubes.

Custom Package Prices:


3 tubes = 6.00
6 tubes = $10.00
12 tubes = $20.00
+ a $2.00 handling fee on any custom package order of 6 or 12 tubes


Custom Package Guidelines:

*Note: CILM is only offering tubes as custom packages. No images are included or available for custom packages.

1. You may only customize a package for one artist at a time. In other words you may NOT "Mix and Match" artists.

2. Only artists that currently have 4 or more "regular" packages (i.e. A,B,C,D) are eligible for custom packages.

3. If any artist available in the custom package section releases a brand new package then that new package will NOT be eligible as a custom package choice for a period of 2 months.

4. You will continue to use your current CILM license number with any custom packages you order and you will continue to follow that particular artists Terms of Use for his/her artwork.

5. You may NOT Gift custom packages.

6. You MAY use a CILM Gift Certificate to purchase a custom package.

7. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your custom package however we will try our very best to have it to you the same day of your order within our regular business hours.

1. First, make your artist choice from the table located below.

2. Make your 6 or 12 tube selections from the artists page. Click on the thumbnails for a larger preview of the tubes.

3. Write down your 6 or 12 tube ID numbers on a separate sheet of paper. You will NEED them in order to continue with your order. ( Example: A1,B7,B12,C11, D5, A9)

4. Click on either the Add 6 to Cart button or Add 12 to Cart button, depending on your tube selections.

5. You will be taken to a "Cart Selection" page.

6. List your tube ID numbers in the blank white field provided in the middle of the screen. Please separate your selections with commas. (See the example in #3 above)

7. Proceed by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

8. You may continue shopping at this time or proceed to checkout.

9. Once your order is received your tubes will be loaded onto our database server and assigned a url link.

10. You will receive an email from custompackages@creativeimagelicensing.com with your Custom Package Link information.

11. Click on the link provided in your email and proceed to download your custom package.

12. Please send an email reply to the Custom Packages department indicating that you have downloaded your package.

13. Your custom package link will be disabled once you have successfully downloaded your tubes. **** REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR DOWNLOADED CUSTOM PACK ****

SPECIAL NOTICE

PLEASE BACK UP YOUR PACKAGES ON A DISC OR EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE!

THERE WILL BE A $5.00 FEE PER 24 TUBES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CUSTOM PACKAGE ORDERS.

25 - 48 tubes = $10.00
49 - 72 tubes = $15.00
73 - 100 tubes = $20.00


YOU MUST PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR EVERY CUSTOM PACKAGE YOU WISH TO HAVE REPLACED.

YOU MUST ALLOW UP TO A WEEK FOR REPLACEMENT PACKAGE ORDERS TO BE FILLED.

YOU MUST EMAIL THE CUSTOM PACKAGES DEPARTMENT OR CALL THE TOLL-FREE NUMBER FOR CILM TO ORDER A CUSTOM REPLACEMENT PACKAGE.
