CILM Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you must email customerhelp@creativeimagelicensing.com
within 14 days of your purchase in order to arrange and refund, exchange,or credit to your account. Transferring of artist / photographer packages is prohibited.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will
be issued on a case by case basis.
If you are returning merchandise to CILM the following conditions
must be met:
*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning
any merchandise to CILM.
*Original merchandise MUST be returned undamaged.
*No merchandise will be accepted unless it has been authorized by CILM
in advance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer
then the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund
policy made between the customer and CILM becomes VOID.
All refund requests are subject to an investigation by CILM.
If damage to merchandise should occur during shipping CILM must be
notified immediately. Damaged merchandise must be returned to CILM
before we process a refund, exchange or replacement.
